1. When I was a junior in high school, I was in both the district 3 honors band and the Maine all-state chorus 2. At all-state that year I sung with Dr. Anton Armstrong. He was amazing. 3. I graduated 3rd in my high school class of 69 4. I seriously considered going to a super-Christian college (Gordon) 5. Between the ages of 12-15 I considered myself very religious (Christian-- Methodist) 6. I was diagnosed with precocious puberty when I was about 18 months old 7. I had my first period when I was 14 (2 years or so after my last dose of hormone blockers) 8. I never really had a best friend until college, and even then, it didn't last very long. 9. I dated one boy. He is flamboyantly gay (but absolutely fabulous). 10. I had a lizard (an anole) for about 8 years. His name was Alex and I neglected him. 11. I went to Disney World when I was 6 12. I've only flown 4 times 13. I love cheese. Basically any kind. 14. The last time I weighed as much as guidelines say I should now, I was about 10 years old. 15. I can't eat Ben & Jerry's or JP Licks ice cream. Bad digestive consequences. 16. Miranda and I went to London this year. It was my first time abroad. 17. It was also my first time out of the time zone 18. I don't have anything on my body pierced (even ears) 19. I like sex. A lot. 20. with women, of course. 21. I have a cat named Adam. I love him deeply. 22. I have a hard time falling asleep without some reassurance that Miranda loves me. Luckily (for her) she can give me this reassurance while sound asleep : ) 23. I was in therapy for about two years 24. I want to get a Master's in Public Health at BU 25. I am terrible at motivating myself to study for the GRE 26. I always know what day of my menstrual cycle it is 27. My favorite place on earth is at my family's camp on Songo Pond in Bethel, Maine. 28. I can't wait to buy a car with Miranda 29. same goes for a house 30. I want her to want to marry me, but I have a hard time coming out and saying I want to marry her. 31. I love Miranda's family 32. I wish my brother and I had a better relationship (a relationship at all would be nice) 33. I really want to have a baby. 34. I don't want to get married until we can afford a truly great honeymoon. 35. I don't like wearing socks 36. I don't like heat 37. I don't like wearing glasses, but my eyes are too dry to wear contacts everyday 38. I love the ocean, and any other body of water 39. I get really disappointed when my favorite blogs go unupdated for even a day 40. I prefer fiction to real life anyday 41. Therefore, I don't keep up on current events most of the time 42. I do read novels and watch a lot of tv 43. Sometimes I'm afraid to tell people I'm gay 44. I have Brahms in my head ('Ein dunkeler schacht, ich liebe...') 45. I regret almost everything about my college experience 46. I think Miranda has the perfect body. 47. I hate scheduling meetings for people at work. It makes me endlessly cranky. 48. In the past week I ate an entire tupperware full of spaghetti sauce (w/meat), cold, by the spoonful 49. I love 'doing my finances' 50. I keep my checkbook perpetually balanced 51. Once a month I make a spreadsheet of which bills I will pay each week 52. On Wednesdays I write everything in my checkbook and schedule payments online 53. I have to be this careful, because I live paycheck-to-paycheck and barely have enough to scrape by most months. 54. Miranda and I have a joint checking account for rent, bills, groceries and other join expenditures. 55. I have a 'Why Do Men Have Nipples?' Page-a-day calendar on my desk at work 56. I love crossing things off lists 57. Sometimes I feel intensely socially awkward 58. I hate people that seem pretentious 59. I think I'm really boring 60. I hate my hair, and I don't know what to do with it anymore 61. I hate shaving my legs but 62. I have a ridiculous amount of body hair. It's repulsive. 63. I carry a backpack around with me a lot of the time 64. I talk baby-talk with Miranda an awful lot 65. My favorite pizza is from Lisbon House of Pizza. I'm craving it right now. 66. It's hard for me to resist yummy food 67. I don't have very many friends who live near me. Miranda is just about my entire social life most of the time. 68. I didn't really like cake when I was younger, so I always had pie for my birthday 69. My brother and I fought as kids. Now we just don't talk. 70. I hate exercise, for the most part. 71. I'm opposed to the idea that healthworks charges $75/month 72. I'm very liberal 73. I check myspace like 100 times a day 74. I'm highly inflexible (physically) 75. My favorite author lately is Ann Patchett 76. So far I've finished 13 books this year. I'm about 30 pgs away from finishing another. 77. I just got my Boston Public Library card 2 months ago. It's pretty great. 78. I have books that belong to other people that I keep meaning to return. 79. I love harmony in music. It can be positively orgasmic. 80. I love Miranda 81. I almost always have to wear a belt, because I have no ass. 82. I don't own any make-up 83. I hate soda, and all other carbonated beverages (including those that are alcoholic) 84. I try to floss every night 85. Sometimes I confuse reality with tv 86. I really want a diamond engagement ring (and matching wedding band) 87. I think Fenway Community Health is amazing, and I dread moving away and losing it. 88. I hate shopping. I loved it when I was young though. 89. My very first friend and I are still friends. 90. Whenever my mom has bad dreams about me, she calls the next day to make sure I'm okay. 91. I am a lot like my mom 92. But I'd like to think I've evolved a bit past her pushover-ness 93. I hate asking most people for things 94. I worry I'll be a bad mother because, for the most part, I don't have a clue what to do with little kids. 95. I love going places with Miranda knowing that she'll take all the pictures and I don't have to 96. I don't like it when Miranda gets too caught up in taking pictures, and seems to be in a land of photographing, rather than enjoying the world around her and experiencing it with me. 97. I feel I'm pretty mediocre at just about everything I do 98. Sometimes I don't believe that I really live in Boston 99. I drink about 3 liters of water each day 100. I wish I was a nicer person than I am.
